About Me :
Dr. Yadagiri Nirudi is an esteemed academician and library science expert with a career spanning over 19 years in higher education, institutional management, and the strategic integration of information technology. He currently holds the dual role of Assistant Librarian & Faculty (Information Technology) at the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM), Hyderabad—a premier institution jointly established by the Ministry of Tourism (Govt. of India) and the Govt. of Telangana. His professional journey is characterized by a dedication to digital transformation in library ecosystems and the advancement of pedagogical excellence through technological innovation.

PhD in Library & Information Science : Awarded by Osmania University for research on “Use of Information Technology in Tourism and Hospitality Libraries in Telangana: A study”.

Research & Innovation :
Dr. Nirudi’s scholarly work focuses on the synergy between traditional information science and modern digital frontiers. His primary research interests include:

• Next-Generation Tech: Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in library science, Semantic Web technologies, and Cloud Computing.
• Digital Systems: Library automation frameworks (RFID and KOHA), the development of Digital Libraries, and Knowledge Management strategies.

Academic Leadership:
Dr. Nirudi’s scholarly work focuses on the synergy between traditional information science and modern digital frontiers. His primary research interests include:

• Governance: Serving as a Departmental Committee Member for Library and Information Science at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (Dr. BRAOU).
• Digital Systems: Library automation frameworks (RFID and KOHA), the development of Digital Libraries, and Knowledge Management strategies.
• Editorial Contributions:
  1. Associate Editor for the Emerging Aspects of Redefining Tourism & Hospitality (EARTH) Journal.
  2. Member of the Editorial Review Committee for Educational Research and Reviews (ISSN: 1990-3839).
