Industry Portents
The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2010, announced today on 27 Sept. 2010 lays special thrust on preserving biodiversity of the State while focusing on attracting investments in untapped parts of the State, including some rural areas, having tourism potential. Mr Rosaiah said that 2011 will be observed as ‘Visit Andhra Pradesh' year to mark the roll-out of new tourist promotion initiatives in the areas of adventure, pilgrimage and beach tourism, to attract more international tourists to the State.
